Reserve the Outstanding Women of Missouri History Exhibit
- The full exhibit, which consists of multiple panel boards with photographs, will take approximately 1,000 square feet to be adequately displayed. The panel boards are approximately six feet tall and the exhibit photographs can be placed on either one side or both sides of the boards. The full exhibit can also be configured down to a partial version in order to fit a variety of sizes and spaces.
- The exhibit will be delivered and picked up from your location. Due to the nature of travel, traffic, and scheduling concerns, we will pick up or drop off the exhibit at your location between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. on the designated day. Because of travel and time considerations we ask that you reserve the exhibit for no less than thirty days. If you have a special event that requires less than thirty days, please call our office and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
- We will be responsible for the set-up and dismantling of the exhibit at your location. The exhibit must be displayed in a secure indoor area. The safety and security of the exhibit will be the responsibility of the person or institution borrowing it.
- If you would like to host the exhibit at your location please click on the link below to fill out a form to reserve it. Due to the popularity of the exhibit, please place your reserve with as much advanced notice as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your requested dates. The form must be completed and returned to the Missouri Women’s Council by mail, fax, or email. A generic press release is available below. Please feel free to utilize this press release in order to announce the Outstanding Women of Missouri History Exhibit at your facility and to promote your organization.
