Certification in the Minority/Women Business Enterprise (M/WBE) Program provides greater opportunities for minority and women-owned businesses to be eligible for benefits such as, supportive services, technical and non-technical assistance, and the opportunity to better access State-aid contracting programs.

If a particular question is not applicable to your circumstance, it is recommended to state the reason why.
