 Norma Nisbet is broker and owner of the Vista Properties and Investments a commercial Investment brokerage firm since 1986, specializing in land development, sales, leasing and site acquisition in areas of commercial real estate.
She has achieved advanced designations as ALC (Accredited Land Consultant), CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist). Awards and Honors include National President of the Realtors Land Institute 2004, Land Realtor of America 2006, Realtors Commercial Alliance Award 2007, Missouri Association Presidents Award 2004, Mendenhall Distinguished Service Award 2008.
Vista Investments and Securities is her real estate securities company. She holds FINRA series 22 and 63 licenses and is a registered representative with Resource Horizons Group, broker/dealer of real estate securities.
She has been active as a Board Member in the South County Chamber of Commerce and the Missouri Chamber of Commerce. She chaired the Missouri Realtor Association Economic Development Summit (2 yrs.). During this time serving on the Missouri And St. Louis Association Realtor Boards as chair of many committees.
